Outdoor Escapes Playground Equipment Warranty
Our warranty, as outlined, applies exclusively to equipment distributed under the brand name Outdoor Escapes.
For products not listed under the Outdoor Escapes brand, please get in touch with a customer service
representative for specific warranty information.
Warranty Details:
Outdoor Escapes warrants to its original customer, for as long as the original customer owns the product and
uses it with normal installation and usage in accordance with published specifications, that it will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, vandalism, modified parts, or damage such as dents,
scratches, fading/weathering, and normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty does not encompass the cost
of freight or labor for the removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts. Warranty claims must be
filed within the applicable warranty period, and replacement parts carry the relevant warranty from the date
of shipment.
Repair and Replacement:
Repair or replacement orders for warranted products will pertain to the specific component part, not the
entire product. To initiate a repair or replacement request, please contact your Outdoor Escapes distributor
for a return authorization.
Limitations:
Warranties are limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and extend only for the original
warranty period. All warranty periods commence from the delivery date of the goods. These warranties are
non-transferable and solely apply to end users who purchase new products directly from Outdoor Escapes or an
authorized Outdoor Escapes distributor for personal or business use, not for the purpose of re-distribution or
re-sale. No other warranties are applicable.
